Pre-Wedding Festivities
What to expect
On this page you can find information about the rituals and ceremonies that make up the pre-wedding festivities at a Hindu wedding.
Our pre-wedding ceremonies will be held at the same venue as the wedding, Club South Patio in Gurgaon, on the 9th of February. The atmosphere at all our wedding festivities will be relaxed and laid-back, with space for guests to mingle with each other, enjoy food and dance, and participate in the ceremonies however much you wish to.
Mehendi
The bride and groom, along with guests who wish to participate, receive intricate mehendi or henna designs on their hands and feet. Mehendi is a symbol of a happy and content marriage.
